We are exploring a structure in which select physicians in Florida partner with us in building and growing a concierge practice under the Our Personal MD brand.
The physician leads the clinical side of the practice and patient care experience.
Our team supports the non-clinical side of the practice, including operations, marketing, business management, systems, and growth infrastructure.
The goal is true alignment: a model where both sides are invested in the success of the practice and in creating an exceptional experience for patients.
Because every physician and every market is different, partnership structures may vary based on the opportunity, location, and stage of the practice.
